Over the summer, we traveled to Indianapolis for the Indiana Robotics Invitational, IRI for short. To make the adventure more fun – and cost effective – we went out west on a 14 hour bus ride with two other FRC teams, the Mighty Monkey Wrenches and Panther Robotics. That experience was incredible!
During the competition, our crew did an exceptional job, though we did encounter a host of technical problems. We ended up with three wins, six losses, and an incredibly good time. One of the best parts of IRI was their talent show. A group from our team, including Little Bear, Tito, Dash, Evan, and Sean, performed a jump-style dance.
We hope that we can go to IRI next year and for the years to come because we have such a great time and it is an excellent way to spend some of the summer holidays.
