Today was the first day of competition. Our record so far is 1-5-0, but we’re ready to take on the competition tomorrow!
More importantly, our alumna and coach, Kirsten Jahn, won the Regional Woodie Flowers Finalist Award!!! This award recognizes a mentors who leads, inspires, and empowers using excellent communication skills. She will also be considered for the Championship Woodie Flowers Award in Atlanta this year. Congratulations, Kir!
Also today our Chairman’s team presented to a panel of judges. We are waiting (somewhat impatiently) for those results to come during tomorrow’s awards ceremony.
